Artista (Marchioni) Dobis

            Artista Dobis, 91, Treasure Lake, DuBois, PA, formerly of Reynoldsville, died at Penn Highlands Healthcare in DuBois on Sunday, April 8, 2018.

            Born November 2, 1926, in Reynoldsville, PA, she was the daughter of the late Amadeo and Mary (Ciamacco) Marchioni. She was married to George E. Dobis on December 22, 1956. He preceded her in death January 17, 2010.

            She is survived by one sister, Amadeus (Glenn) Finley, Treasure Lake, and Nieces and Nephews. She was preceded in death by two sisters and six brothers – Olga, Anna, Phil, Ralph, Albert, Don, Joe and Armand.

            There will be no visitation.

            A memorial service will be held Saturday, April 14, 2018 at 1pm in The DuBois Kingdom Hall of Jehovahs’ Witnesses, 403 Patterson Avenue. Artista’s wish is to cordially invite you and your children to her Memorial Service where a discourse will reveal why we die and what hope we have by Michael Vizza, nephew of the deceased.
