Rudolph T. “Rudy” Slack, jr., 78, DuBois, passed away Thursday, May 11, 2017 at Christ the King Manor after a lengthy illness. He was born October 16, 1938 in DuBois, PA; son of the late Rudolph & Helen (Gresok) Slack, sr.
Rudolph was married to LaVerne (Stebel) Slack, she survives in DuBois.
As per Rudolph’s request there will not be any visitation or services.
