Darl "Fergie" C. Ferguson

Darl “Fergie” Ferguson, Jr., 79, DuBois, passed away Monday, January 17, 2022 at his residence. He was born August 22, 1942 in DuBois; a son of the late Darl Sr. & Leona (Fairman) Ferguson. He was married to Bonnie (Bales) Ferguson who passed away July 4, 2007.

Darl was a graduate of DuBois Area High School and Williamsport Technical School. He was a member of the Operators Union Local #66 and spent most of his life as an equipment operator. He loved spending time with his family and dog Beans and enjoyed riding his 1978 Harley Davidson Low Rider.

Darl is survived by a son Jeffrey Allan (Cathy) Bales of Falls Creek, three grandchildren, Justin, Nathan (Julie) and Adam Bales, one great-grandson Grayson Bales and a brother John (Coleen) Ferguson of WY.

In addition to his parents and wife, Fergie was also preceded in death by a sister Roseann Anderson.

Friends will be received on Saturday, January 29, from 1pm until 3pm at the Leo Nedza Funeral Home in DuBois. A Memorial Service will follow at 3pm at the funeral home with Rev. Dave Nagele officiating.
