Margie Muth Obituary

Margie Ann Muth, 87, formerly of Troutville, PA passed away Sunday, December 20, 2020, at Omni West Assisted Living in Youngstown, OH. She was born March 23, 1933, in DuBois, PA, the daughter of the late William & Velma (Fitzpatrick) Reed. She married Burnell “Bud” Muth; he preceded her in death in “2011”.

She attended St. Catherine High School and was a member of ABVM Church in Sykesville. She was an Auxiliary member of the Sykesville Legion where she enjoyed working the Bingo’s. Margie also assisted with the Sykesville Honor Guard for many years.

Margie leaves behind four children Daniel (Robyn) Muth of Punxsutawney, Donald (Denise) Muth, Rita (Mark) McGrail and Marlene (Gary) Zupp all of Ohio, ten grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by a brother William “Billy” Reed and a sister Joan Cavalier .

Due to the COVID restrictions, there will not be any public viewing. A burial will take place at the ABVM Catholic Cemetery in Sykesville beside her husband.
