Richard Allen Uzmack

Richard Allen Uzmack, 60, DuBois, passed away Friday, February 16, 2018 at his residence. He was born December 9, 1957; son of the late William Arthur Uzmack & Annamary Maxine (Jewart) Uzmack Reynolds. 

Richard was a Cannon Crewman in the Army. He worked construction as well as handyman services. He enjoyed camping, playing guitar and singing. He was a member of the VFW, Sandy Hose and IP&S Clubs of DuBois.

Richard is survived by his ex-wife and best friend Marleen Martin-Uzmack, three step-children, Joshua (Daphne) Martin of Missouri, Zachary Martin of DuBois and Amanda Stollenwerk of DuBois, brother in-law, William Piotrowski of DuBois and a sister in-law, Arlene Etzrotz of Natrona Heights, eight grandchildren. Also three brothers, William (Freida) Uzmack of West Virginia. Robert (Sheila) Uzmack of Ford City and Dale Uzmack of Saxonburg, two sisters, Judy Healey of Fawn and Nancy (Alan) Drexler of Sykesville, two step brothers Jim Reynolds of Cheswick and Jeff Reynolds of Natrona Heights, a step sister Debra( Albert) Mehelic of Russellton and twenty nieces and nephews. 

In addition to his parents William Uzmack and Maxine Jewart Reynolds, he was also preceded in death by his stepfather Clarence Reynolds, two brothers James and Donald Uzmack, a step brother Jon Reynolds, two stepsisters Clara Campbell and Denise Greenwald and one nephew and one great niece.

Friends will be received on Friday, February 23, 2018, from 4-6pm at the Leo Nedza Funeral Home in DuBois. Memorial Service will follow at 6pm at the funeral home with Rev. David Nagele officiating. Military Honors will be accorded by the VFW Honor Guard.
