Alan D. Tobin

Alan D. Tobin, 75, DuBois, passed away Wednesday, December 3, 2025. He was born July 12, 1950, in DuBois, PA; son of the late George & Doris (Miller) Tobin. On June 25, 1988, he married Pamela (Karetski) Tobin, she preceded him in death in 2020, after 32 years of marriage.

He was a graduate of Brockway High School. He worked at Brockway Pressed Metals for many of years. Alan enjoyed going for long drives, traveling, and watching races.

Alan is survived by a sister Shirley (Mark) Young of Whiteoak, PA and a brother Gary (Eileen) Tobin of Reynoldsville, PA and several nieces and nephews

In addition to his parents and wife, Alan was also preceded in death by a sister Cathy Tobin.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 6, 2025, from 10am until 11am at the Leo Nedza Funeral Home in DuBois. Services will follow at 11am at the funeral home with Rev. David Nagele officiating. Burial will take place in Temple Cemetery beside his wife.
