Anna M. (Mott) Crooks

Anna Marie Crooks, 69, Brockway, passed away Thursday, December 28, 2023, at Penn Highlands in DuBois. She was born February 23, 1954 in Dunkirk, NY. A daughter of the late Charles Henry Mott, Sr. & Ruth Marie (Webster) Mott.

She had previously lived in Smethport, PA and DuBois, PA before moving to Brockway with her daughter Janet.

Anna leaves behind two sons: Jack Lee, jr., and Charles Edward and two daughters: Janet Marie and Mary Ruth, and five grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Anna is also preceded in death by a brother Henry Charles Mott.
