Brenda Joyce (Heffner) McCracken

Brenda Joyce McCracken, 68, formerly of Soldier and Troutville passed away Tuesday, March 14, 2017 at Penn Highlands Healthcare in DuBois after a lengthy illness. She was born Sept. 20, 1948 in DuBois; daughter of the late Arthur & Audrey (Adams) Heffner.

Brenda is survived by her two sisters Edie Cohagan of Columbus, Georgia, and Janet (Thomas) Trumbette of Soldier, one brother Rodger (Sheri) Heffner of Coal Glenn and numerous nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by a nephew Rodger Heffner jr.

Brenda was a graduate of DAHS. She was a homemaker most of her life. She loved doing crafts.

Private services will be held at a later date.
