Cecil Gelnett

Cecil Gelnett, 76, DuBois, passed away Monday, February 2, 2026 at Penn Highlands. He was born October 28, 1949 in DuBois, the son of the late George, sr. & Anna (Solada) Gelnett.

Cecil was a graduate of DuBois High School. He had retired from Rockwell after 43yrs. He enjoyed hunting.

He attended Rathmel Baptist Church in Reynoldsville. Cecil lived all his life in DuBois.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister Doris Kirk and two brothers George jr. and Perry.

Family to hold services at a later date. Burial will take place in Rockton Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of the Leo Nedza Funeral Home of DuBois.
