Charles Richard Pearce, 90, passed away November 14, 2024 at his residence. He was born September 22, 1934 in Glen Campbell a son of the late Huey Joseph & Helen Virginia (James) Pearce. He married Doris Mae (Dolby) Pearce, she preceded him in death on September 3, 2024.
He leaves behind six daughters, Peggy (Bob) Johnson, Lori Pearce, Debbie Pearce, Jacky (Kevin) Bundy all of DuBois, Vicki (Greg) Calhoun, and Samantha (Rodger) Callender both of Brockport, two sisters Karen Harry and Cathy Senior both of Brockway, four brothers Doug (Elaine) Pearce of Reynoldsville, David (Louise) Pearce of Falls Creek, Rick (Angela) Pearce, and William “Bill” (Joy) Pearce both of DuBois, numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
Charles attended Renova H.S. before joining the US Navy where he had served during the Korean Conflict. After his honorable discharge he worked at Jackson China, Robert Cole Trucking and Walmart where he retired from after 15years. He attended Brockport Church of God. He enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, camping, Bingo and spending time with his family.
In addition to his parents and wife, Charles was also preceded in death by a sister Sharon, a brother Joseph “Sam” and a great-granddaughter Ruby Mae
At Charles request, there will be no visitation or services. In lieu of flowers family suggest donations to Gateway Humane Society of Falls Creek or the Elk County SPCA.
