Connie Walters, age 54, of Reynoldsville, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, July 5, 2023. Connie was born in Shelbyville, KY on April 3, 1969.

Connie is survived by her beloved husband, Phillip, their dog Samantha; her daughters, Melissa and Ashli; adopted mother, Shannon; Connie is a cherished sister of Dotty, Vickie and Annie; sister-in-law of Chuck Mason, Chuck Walters and Daniel; admired aunt of Michelle, Christina, Tiffany, Heather and Steffany; great aunt of Holden, Grayson, Preston and Remi.

Connie loved spending time with Philip and Samantha while playing games. Connie loved anything to do with animals. Connie was a very thoughtful, kind-hearted, caring and a loving individual.
