Donald Lee Walls

Donald Lee Walls, 66, Stump Creek passed away Wednesday, June 28, 2017 at his residence, after a lengthy illness. He was born June 9, 1951, in DuBois, PA, son of the late Clyde Henry & Lydia Elizabeth (Craft) Walls. He married Deborah (Heitzenrater) Walls on October 29, 1977; she preceded him in death.

Donald was a 1971 graduate of Punxsutawney H.S. He worked as a heavy equipment operator for Cloe Mining. Donald enjoyed hunting, fishing, working on mowers and tractors, and spending time with his family and friends.

Donald is survived by his companion Jane Egolf of Mahaffey, two children Kellie (Michael) Kosko of Treasure Lake & Corey Gleason of Camano Island, Washington, two brothers Raymond E. Walls of Brookville & David (Beverly) Walls of Big Run, three grandchildren Tyler, Amaris, Cartar, and a step grandchild Alexsis.

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, three brothers and four sisters.

Visitation will be held on Monday, July 3, 2017 from 5 until 7pm at the Leo Nedza Funeral Home in Sykesville. Services will follow at 7pm at the funeral home with Rev. Charlene Lauver officiating. Burial will take place in Beechwoods Cemetery.
