Dorothy P. Webster, 64, Penfield, passed away Saturday, November 4, 2023, at her residence. She was born December 14, 1958, in Philipsburg, PA; a daughter of the late Carl & Philena (Hassinger) Lockey.

She was a graduate of West Branch HS Class of 1977. She had previously worked as a stitcher at Charles Navasky Clothing Factory in Phillipsburg and was a member of St. Paul Episcopal Church in Hawk Run. In her spare time she enjoyed anything crafty.

Dorothy leaves behind her significant other Kenneth Wingar of Penfield, a son Shawn (Jacki Carfley) Webster of Clearfield, a daughter Keilla (James) McGonigal of Winburne, a sister Debbie (Clair) Woodel of Clearfield, two brothers, James (Amy) Lockey of Hawk Run and Jack (Lorraine) Lockey of Albuquerque, NM, and nine grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by two brothers Ronald and Charles and two sisters Betty “Sis” Fetcenko and Mary “Lib” Kolesar.
