Gary C. Kennis

            Gary C. Kennis “Snide”, 66, Route 119 Punxsutawney passed away Tuesday morning December 13, 2016 at Christ the King Manor in DuBois.

            Born January 16, 1950 in DuBois son of the late Charles B. Kennis & Eleanor (Clark) Kennis.

            He is survived by two sisters Connie Lightner of St. Mary’s and Lori (Ed) Angelo of St. Mary’s, one brother William A. (Brenda) Kennis of Punxsutawney, three nieces Melissa (Ray) Terwilliger, Ashley (Daniel) Bowser and Jessica (Adam) Barbazzeni, two nephews Justin Angelo and Nicholas Lightner, and six great nieces and nephews.

            He was an avid sports fan especially Steelers & Pirates.

            He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother in law Philip (Butch) Lightner.

            There will be no public visitation.
