Glenn Douglas Siple, age 88 formerly of Brockway was reunited with his beloved wife in Heaven on Sunday, March 27, after a lengthy illness. He was born on March 15, 1934, the son of the late William Siple & Rotha Brocious. He married the love of his life, Bonnie (Morrison) Siple on June 16, 1956, she preceded him in death in 2015.

Glenn proudly served in the United States Marine Corp where he attained the rank of Sergeant. He then worked for Brockway Glass working his way up from packing to a machinist and eventually a foreman and supervisor in the machine shop at his retirement in 1992.

He leaves behind a daughter Bonnie Jo (Renee) Siple of Cranberry Township, and his son, Marshall Douglas (Leanne) Siple of DuBois, two grandsons, Zachary Jonathan and Douglas Geer, a brother Robert "Bob" (Edwina) Payne of Andover, Ohio and a sister Georgieann Keene of Richmond, Virginia.

Glenn enjoyed hunting especially his fall trips to Montana with his brother and friends.  He enjoyed traveling with his family, particularly after his retirement, when he and Bonnie traveled to Hawaii and Alaska. Glenn was an avid shooter and member of a muzzle loader club. He also enjoyed NASCAR and watching Steeler games with his wife.  Glenn enjoyed wintering in Florida, walking his beloved dog Buddy and cherished spending time with his grandsons.

In addition to his parents and wife, Glenn was also preceded in death by two brothers Richard "Dick" Siple and William "Bill" Siple.
