Jerome K. Duttry

Jerome K. Duttry, 76, Sabula, passed away Saturday, June 11, 2022, after a courageous 14yr battle with NASH, at McKinley Health Center in Brookville. He was born February 02, 1946, in DuBois, PA. He is the son of the late Amos & Clara (Bundy) Duttry. He married Carlene M. (Nedza) Duttry on September 24. 1988. She survives in Sabula.

Jerome was a graduate of DAHS class of 1964. He was a welder for 44yrs with Erickson Corp. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, playing his guitar, singing and spending time with his family, especially his daughter, grandchildren and nieces and nephews. He was a life member of the Sabula Methodist Church.

In addition to his wife Carlene Duttry, Jerome is also survived by a daughter Georganne (Dann Gelnette) Uplinger of Brockway, a sister Dorothy Ross of DuBois, a brother Larry Duttry of DuBois and two grandchildren Kayla (Adam Popson) Palmer and Jeffrey Palmer.

 Jerome was preceded in death by his parents, a brother Gerald, five sisters, Jeanette Burns, Marlene Anthony, Marion Palmer, Michelle Calvert and Pauline Anderson.

Public visitation will be held on Thursday, June 16, 2022, from 4 until 7pm and Friday from 10 until 11am at the Leo Nedza Funeral Home in DuBois. Services will follow on Friday at 11:00am at the funeral home with Pastor Bill Edwards officiating.
