John Alex "Bic" Esola

John Alex “Bic” Esola, 66, Brockport, passed away Monday, October 6, 2025 at Highland View Healthcare in Brockway. He was born October 15, 1958 in Meadville, PA; the son of the late John L. & Rose (Potempa) Esola.

He was a graduate of Brockway HS. John worked most of his life as a Heavy Equipment Operator. In his free time, he loved riding motorcycles and socializing with his many friends. John was Catholic by faith.

John is survived by a sister Debbie (Steven) Logue of Pittsburgh, a niece Rosie Logue and a nephew Sean Logue.

Public visiting will be held on Friday, October 10, 2025 from 11am until 1pm at the Leo Nedza Funeral Home in DuBois. Services will follow at 1pm at the funeral home with Fr. John Malthaner officiating. Burial will take place in St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery in Reynoldsville. Arrangements are under the direction of the Leo Nedza Funeral Home of DuBois.
