Joyce Ann (Borden) Beane

Joyce Ann (Borden) Beane, 65, of DuBois, Pennsylvania, Formerly of Wellsboro, Pennsylvania, passed away on January 14, 2023. Joyce was born on April 27, 1957 to Veda Borden of Wellsboro, PA. She was strongly connected to her roots in Hills Creek PA where she grew up on her grandparent’s farm surrounded by aunts and uncles.  Joyce loved animals, sewing, cooking and anything homemaking.

Joyce is preceded in death by her mother Veda Borden and her stepfather Jim Bowers and is survived by her 3 daughters - Charlene (Frank) Moore and their 6 children, Rose Anna Moore and her 2 children, Maria Border (Randy) and their 5 children. She is also survived by her stepson Keith Moore and his son.  She was a great grandmother to 12 great grandchildren The family requests that any thoughtful flowers or donations are sent to The Lung Center at DuBois Penn Hills Hospital, 100 Hospital Avenue, DuBois PA 15801.
