Leslie L. Wilson, 88, Falls Creek, passed away Wednesday, October 9, 2024 at his residence. He was born November 15, 1935 in Falls Creek. A son of the late Clyde & Emma (Senior) Kweder. He was married to Shirley (Brownell) Wilson, who survives in Falls Creek.
Leslie was a “1955” graduate of DAHS. He was honorable discharged from the US Army. He had previously worked for various machine shops in the area and was co-owner of S.J. Wilson Photography, Framing & Matting. In his spare time, Leslie was an avid fly fisherman who enjoyed tying his own flies.
Leslie leaves behind his wife, two sons Kent, and Dennis Wilson, both of DuBois, three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, Leslie was also preceded in death by a son Mark Wilson, a granddaughter, Baby Sky, a sister, Sandra Kweder, and a brother Kermit Kweder.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 13, from 4pm until 6pm and on Monday, October 14, from 10am until 11am at the Leo Nedza Funeral Home in DuBois. Services will follow on Monday at 11am the funeral home with Pastor Mark Montgomery and Rev. Mark Myers officiating. Military Honors will be accorded by the DuBois Area Honor Guard at the funeral home. Burial will take place in Lakelawn Memorial Park in Reynoldsville.
