Marjorie I. Williams

Marjorie I. Williams, 95, Bottom Rd, Rockton, passed away Sunday, September 24, 2023, at DuBois Nursing Home. She was born September 12, 1928, in Sandy Township. She was a daughter of the late Lester & Nannie (Nale) Guthrie. She married Robert Williams on July 06, 1964, he preceded her in death.

She was a graduate of Sandy High School, a member of Light and Life Church, and had worked at many of the DuBois Area retail stores over the years.

In addition to her parents and husband, Marjorie was also preceded in death by a sister Ethel Cable and a brother Howard Guthrie.

Marjorie does leave behind a niece Susan Butler of Ohio and a nephew Norman (Kathy) Guthrie of DuBois.

There will be no visitation. A private service will be held at the convenience of the family. Burial will take place in Greenwood Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of the Leo Nedza Funeral Home of DuBois. Online condolences can be made at www.nedzafamilyfuneralhomes.com.
