Mary Lecia (Snyder) Mahaffey

            Mary Lecia (Snyder) Mahaffey, 60, DuBois, passed away Wednesday, July 12, 2017 at Penn Highlands Healthcare after a short illness. She was born March 30, 1957 in DuBois, PA. Daughter to the late Carl & Lola Loraine (Shaffer) Snyder.

            Mary was a Certified Nurses Aid at DuBois Nursing Home for many years. She enjoyed her flowers and spending time with her family.

            Mary made her home with Harry Waseleski. She is also survived by her two children Tracy (Ron) Chewning of DuBois, Thomas E. Snyder of Rockton; two sisters Louise Snyder of Rockton, Lyn (Thomas) Gray of Rockton and four grandchildren.

            A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, July 22, 2017 at 10:30am at St. John Lutheran Church in Rockton with Rev. Jennifer Gonsalves officiating.
