Mary L. (Kougher) Rainey

Mary L. Rainey, 56, DuBois, passed away Wednesday, November 4, 2020, after a lengthy illness. She was born March 10, 1964 in Buffalo, NY. She is the daughter of the late Charles Edward & Mary M. (Coulter) Kougher.

Mary was a graduate of Clearfield High School. She had previously worked as a Certified Nurses Aide. Mary enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren and helping out with her women’s group at the Tri-County Church.

Mary leaves behind her companion Rick Mix of DuBois, a daughter Mary English Hummel and a son Russell Duane Rainey both of Philipsburg, a sister Violet Elizabeth Booterbaugh of SC, and three brothers Tommy Eugene Kougher, Sr. of Madera, Charles Edward Kougher, Sr. of Ohio, Terry Lee Kougher of NY, five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Services for Mary Rainey will be held on Saturday, November 7, 2020 at Tri-County Church (Hill) DuBois with Bevan Bish officiating.
