Patricia J. Blackwell, 51, DuBois, passed away Wednesday, June 19, 2019 at Mercy Hospital in Pittsburgh after a lengthy illness. She was born April 2, 1968 in Baltimore, MD; daughter of the late Gene Wesley & Helen Edna (Plews) Blackwell.

She was a homemaker to her three children Damian, Crystal and Jacob Roberts all of DuBois.
