Robert E. Witherite

Robert E. Witherite, 83, Luthersburg, passed away Tuesday, November 16, 2021, at his residence. He was born June 24, 1938 in DuBois, PA; the son of the late Claude & Ethel (Danver) Witherite. He was married to Evelyn (Aljoe) Witherite; she preceded him in death in 2015.

Robert leaves behind two sons, Michael Witherite of Centre Hall and Martin “Marty” (Pam Hickok) Witherite of Luthersburg, a sister Sandy Witherite of Bradford, two brothers Donald (Annabelle) and Richard Witherite both of Luthersburg and two grandchildren Dominic Witherite and Gage Hickok.

In addition to his parents and wife, Robert was also preceded in death by a sister Ella Mae Shugerts, a brother James Witherite and a sister-in-law Pauline Witherite.
