Tammy R. Grigsby

Tammy R. Grigsby, 49, Brockway, passed away Friday, September 3, 2021 at Penn Highlands Healthcare in DuBois. She was born October 4, 1971 in Bradford, the daughter of the late Frank & Betty Lee (Ward) Carl.

Tammy leaves behind a daughter Alexius Carl of DuBois, two sisters, Frankie (Richard) Frederick of Brockway and Dusty Carl of Bradford, and a brother Frank Carl, Jr. of Tionesta.

She was a graduate of Otto Eldred High School. She enjoyed camping, crocheting, going to the movies and spending time with her great nephew Lucas.

Tammy is preceded in death by her parents and a son Zachery.
