Thomas C. Snyder

Thomas C. Snyder, 41, Rockton passed away suddenly on Wednesday, March 23, 2016 at work in Butler. Thomas was born September 4, 1974 in DuBois, PA. He was the son of the late Carl LeRoy “Lee” Snyder and Jennifer Clark Snyder who survives in Rockton.

Thomas is also survived by his wife Deeana “Dee” Duffee Snyder of Rockton, four children: Samantha , Shelby, Shayna and Thomas C. Snyder, jr. all of Rockton, one sister: Rebecca (Michael) Fike of Luthersburg, one brother: Daniel (Michelle) Snyder of DuBois. 

Thomas was a “1992” graduate of DAHS. He attended St. John Lutheran Parish in Rockton. He was a coal miner. He enjoyed coal mining, hunting, ATV riding, and being with family.

Thomas was also preceded in death by his maternal grandma Mary Clark and paternal grandparents Carl & Lorraine Snyder. 

Friends will be received on Monday, March 28, 2016 from 2-4 and 6-8 at the Leo Nedza Funeral Home of DuBois and Tuesday, from 10am until 11am at St. John Lutheran Parish in Rockton. Services will follow at 11am at the church with Rev. Jennifer Gonsalves officiating. Burial will take place in Rockton Cemetery.
