Van M. Bish

Van M. Bish, 77, Ohio, passed away Saturday, July 19, 2025 at Cleveland Clinic. He was born June 2, 1948 in DuBois; a son of the late Joseph E. & Erma (VanSice) Bish.

Van graduated from Avon Lake High School in Ohio. He had worked for Goodwill for most of his life and when he was working he enjoyed socializing with his friends.

Van leaves behind a brother Gary Bish of Mt Run Rd and a sister Georgia Bish of Ohio.

In addition to his parents, Van was also preceded in death by a brother Joseph H. Bish.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 26, 2025 from 10am until 11am at the Leo Nedza Funeral Home in DuBois. Services will follow at 11am at the funeral home with Rev. David Nagele officiating.  Van will be laid to rest beside his parents in the Emmanuel – Boone Mountain Cemetery on Kilmer Road. Arrangements are under the direction of the Leo Nedza Funeral Home.
